Our Story
Patients visit our practice with a wide range of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Our soft tissue mobilisations, are based in the ground braking Hendrickson Method, which not only allows to affect the soft tissue, also the joints via the unique wave mobilisation, which is a very gentle movement that allow the spine to rock enabling the body to hydrate the joints. Our treatments have helped many other conditions including, asthma, osteoarthritis, TMJ pain and chronic fatigue syndrome.
On your first visit to our practice, a detailed case history will be taken to allow us to create a bespoke treatment plan for you. This will take into account past medical history and a hands on assessment.
We will explain all our insights and findings and discuss timescales and expectations of recovery as each person is unique. We continually reassess to ensure that the plan we devised is working for you.

Sue is also a qualified Polestar Pilates Mat teacher and offers classes based in Otley throughout the week. These complement treatments or work as stand alone classes and aim to enable greater movement which aids physical wellbeing.
