10 May - The Four Diaphragms One Day Workshop ✨

I'm very excited about my next one day workshop for 2025! There are just a couple spots left if anyone would like to jump in and join us. We'll be looking at how the four diaphragms working all together can aid vagal function, but also how they can act as a signpost to how we can help the polyvagal rhythm.

This is the second part of a three-part series of workshops examining how we can help clients find rhythm and regulation in their nervous system - but it's completely fine to attend as a one off too.

Tickets can be found on my website at https://flexible-healing.com/events/ - or just message me for more info

21/04/2025

Just before I went away for a week Jo Lade & myself presented another 'talking heads' session for the LCSP Register of Remedial Masseurs & Manipulative Therapists.
Our theme is always 'I wished I'd have known.
Our theme was the Polyvagal theory, I feel if I'm informed by Stephen Porges research and theories, I have a greater understanding of how I can help those folks looking for ways out of their long term pain.

One of my deepest understanding is that each person's nervous system, trauma, I jury is unquie. We had to have confidence to develop unquie treatment plans for each person to help find their way to ease, rhythm and regulation within their vagal function.

We felt we had only touched the surface, so we are going deeper on the 14th August.
