Anxiety is like loud white noise …

… it can interfere with every aspect of life, constantly limiting what can be achieved or even attempted.

There are no silver bullets that defeat it, however it can be muted and eventually turned down to manageable levels using a variety of techniques and tools.

One tool is talking about it, and that’s where OMG can help, talking openly is a supportive environment can be helpful to manage anxiety levels.

Back to work?…

… Monday, back to work day for many, can be hard - after the holidays it’s even harder, as work stress can be a major factor for those experiencing poor mental health.

Whilst workplaces often offer wellbeing services, which can be very helpful, being able to talk in a confidential environment outside work can be very beneficial.

That’s where OMG come in.

We meet tomorrow, Tuesdays 7-9pm

Depression can be very isolating …

….you can feel that no one wants to listen to you and you’re not worth listening too, but at an OMG meeting we want to listen to
you in as a supportive, respectful and non-judgemental group.
