This is a traditional Hatha yoga class, gently weaving together:
• asana (movement)
• pranayama (breathwork)
• meditation
• a touch of yoga philosophy
• deep relaxation
My teaching style is kind, nurturing, and adaptable, so I meet you where you are. This class is open to all bodies, and beginner or experienced.

In a world where we are bombarded with (bad) news, and political leaders whose behaviour just beggars belief, we can oftentimes forget that every day there are unseen acts of kindness, care of others, altruism and heroism. This story of compassion to a stranger, and bravery just lifted my heart so much
