After 15 years of studying and working together - it is with mixed feelings I see Matt doing his last day with us 😔 mostly sad to see my friend less, but he’s doing awesome with his clinic and family in Clitheroe and I know he’ll thrive going forwards. He’s been such a blessing personally and professionally for the last decade and a half. Thank you Matt and thank you for lending him all the way to Otley for this long!!! You are and amazing little family xx 😢

Today marked a day of sadness and excitement at Otley Osteopaths, as Josh was doing his last day with us. After 4 years of a fab time working together, he’ll be setting up closer to home in Sheffield and handing over to our excellent new colleague Scott! We are so grateful to Josh for all he has done for our town and patients 😭 😢 we know that he’ll bless so many in Sheffield with his gifted hands 🙌

Meet our sports and deep tissue massage therapist, Sam. He provides 50 minutes massage sessions for those of you who feel you need a little bit more muscle work to loosen off. Sam is working Friday afternoons and Sundays 🙌

Steven Baines is leading an HVT Masterclass with practical sessions.

Steven graduated from the BSO in 2004, subsequently he started working in and soon took over a busy multidisciplinary clinic in North Manchester.

Whilst having a mainly structural approach to treatment Steven also uses cranial and functional techniques as he treats numerous children and babies, however, he has a keen interest in sports injuries and is closely involved with his local rugby club and treats the team members when injuries occur.

Steven has a strong commitment to CPD and routinely runs sessions for associates within clinic, however, this will be his first time presenting a formal CPD session in front of experienced peers.

As an osteopath - I often forget how wonderful osteopathy really is. Sometimes all it needs is a little tweak every now and then. We all treat each other with to keep everything going for ourselves and recommend the same to our patients.

Before this short session with one of our osteopaths, Dave, I couldn’t turn my head to the left without aching and feeling locked up all the way into my shoulder blade.
