I'm an experienced teacher offering weekly classes and weekend workshops in Kundalini yoga, Dru yoga, Senior yoga and meditation in Otley, Menston and on line. Yogi Bhajan said, “even if you just lean slightly in the right direction, you’ll get some benefit!” and my aim is to make yoga inclusive for men and women of all abilities and fitness levels. 's flowing style makes it very accessible - a great form of physical exercise and mental discipline for those who want to increase flexibility, build core strength, destress and relax. Modifications are always offered and students are encouraged to adapt postures to suit their needs :)
Kundalini yoga offers a very different experience working with kriya (sequences of movement), mudra, mantra and meditation to shift energy and expand consciousness (sometimes very fast!)
