Yoga, to me, is more than poses. It’s a practice of coming home to your body. Of softening where you’ve been holding on. Of creating space — physically, mentally, emotionally. My classes are thoughtfully guided with an emphasis on breath, mindful transitions, and a steady rhythm that allows you to truly feel your practice rather than rush through it.
Expect a welcoming space, intentional sequencing, and moments of stillness woven between movement — so you leave lighter, clearer, and more connected than when you arrived.
