Every Sunday we gather to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and return to ourselves.

Yoga, to me, is more than poses. It’s a practice of coming home to your body. Of softening where you’ve been holding on. Of creating space — physically, mentally, emotionally. My classes are thoughtfully guided with an emphasis on breath, mindful transitions, and a steady rhythm that allows you to truly feel your practice rather than rush through it.

Expect a welcoming space, intentional sequencing, and moments of stillness woven between movement — so you leave lighter, clearer, and more connected than when you arrived.

Last week’s Yoga Trapeze session at was exactly what my nervous system needed ✨

So chilled.
So supported.

That deep sense of letting go you don’t realise you’re craving until your body finally gets it.

Floating, decompressing the spine, and moving in a way that felt both playful and incredibly regulating.

I left feeling lighter, calmer, and properly reset — the kind of calm that stays with you long after the session ends.

🌿 Fun fact about me

When I get deeply bored or understimulated, my nervous system doesn’t just switch off — it goes into shutdown.
I’ve fainted.
I’ve been physically sick.
Not because I was ill…
but because my body perceived disconnection as unsafe.

🧠 What this taught me about the nervous system

The nervous system doesn’t respond to logic —
it responds to safety.
For some of us, boredom isn’t neutral.
It can feel like collapse, threat, or loss of connection.
So the body protects itself the only way it knows how: by shutting down.

This isn’t something to “fix.”
It’s something to gently re-teach.

🤍 Why Hypnotherapy

This is where hypnotherapy can be profoundly supportive.
Hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious — the place where these survival responses are stored.

It allows the nervous system to:
• feel safe without shutting down
• build resilience without overwhelm
• release old patterns gently, not forcefully
No reliving.
No pushing.
Just deep regulation and re-patterning.

Things that helped me heal…

Not all at once.
Not perfectly.
But slowly, honestly, and with intention.

✨ Hypnotherapy — to soften the stories my nervous system was still living in
✨ Yoga — to come back into my body when my mind wanted to run
✨ Regular meditation — to sit with what is, instead of fighting it
✨ Friends — the ones who held me when I couldn’t hold myself
✨ A good giggle — because laughter loosens what pain tightens
✨ A good book — words that reminded me I wasn’t alone
✨ And learning to look at my younger self with compassion, not criticism

Healing wasn’t about fixing myself.

It was about remembering I was never broken.
