Turned out it's brilliant! My skin feels fantastic and it has sweet smell and nice consistency.

The benefits of combining yoga and massage therapy 💆‍♀️🧘‍♀️

• Getting a massage before yoga session will increase blood flow and lengthen the muscles and connective tissue, that will allow you to stretch further and hold your position during yoga session for longer.

I wouldn't recommend a deep tissue massage before yoga session but a Swedish or aromatherapy massage.

• Getting massage after yoga session will help your body recover quicker by increasing blood circulation and reducing builds up of lactic acid.
After yoga session your muscles are warmed up and nicely stretched, getting massage after such a session can help getting rid of the painful and tender knots in your muscles.
