We're finishing off the month of love with a hip opening sequence this week. Building on last week's basics of Pigeon pose, we'll explore its many variations.
This pose is great for the glutes, piriformis, outer hip, thigh, groin, and psoas. The back leg gets a nice hip flexor stretch. But if you have a slipped disk, please take care, as it might aggravate the condition.
