I am so excited to welcome Amy to the Blooming Well team!! Her class in Brize Norton starts on 12th September 🤩
Amy’s pregnancy yoga class offers a welcoming, safe space to create or maintain a yoga practice during pregnancy.
Each session is a dedicated space for you to arrive as you are, and be welcomed and nourished.
What to expect…
⭐️An hour of yoga practice with the opportunity to connect with fellow mums afterwards
⭐️Yoga postures that are modified to help empower your body to support changes, release tension from tired muscles and promote relaxation
⭐️Pranayama (Breathing techniques) are offered to help support birth itself
⭐️Optional (pregnancy safe) essential oils are offered during savasana along with mindful meditation
⭐️You’ll be invited to join the Blooming Well WhatsApp community. An incredible supportive space full of other local Mums where you can make connections, pick up second hand gems and ask for advice (you’ll only ever get a kind response 🥰)
No previous yoga experience is required, and practice is recommended from 13 weeks onwards.
