Motherhood Yoga is a class just for you, no babies or children at this one. Any Mum, any age, any stage of motherhood!
Pregnancy Yoga is for you from 13 weeks pregnant, no previous yoga experience necessary.
Postnatal Yoga is for you and your baby but the focus of the class is on you and your recovery. Suitable from 6 weeks post delivery.
