My pregnancy class sold out until June in a couple of hours 🫣🥰 but please still get in touch to join the waiting list. Spots come up most weeks ☺️

🧡 Motherhood Yoga is a class just for you, no babies or children at this one. Any Mum, any age, any stage of motherhood!

💗 Pregnancy Yoga is for you from 13 weeks pregnant, find ways to ease the aches, connect to your body and prepare for what lies ahead.

💛 Postnatal Yoga is for you and your baby but the focus of the class is on you and your recovery. Suitable from 6 weeks post delivery.

Gentle movement to help release tight hips and low back 💗

The rocking increases mobility, stretches tight muscles and soothes your nervous system. As you sink back you’ll find a deep release in you hips ☺️

As always, this may feel deep but it shouldn’t be painful, move gently and with love 🫶

The low back stretch I wish every pregnant woman knew about 🤍

When your low back feels tight, heavy, and like it’s struggling to hold on to all the extra weight — this gentle stretch can bring instant relief.

Slow it down. Breathe into it. Let your body melt. And then repeat on the other side ☺️

Spending just 10 minutes a day on all fours can be so beneficial for you, your baby, and your birth 🤍

🐚 Encourages optimal baby positioning
💫 Eases back pain + strengthens your core
🌿 Gently prepares your body for birth
🦴 Stretches the muscles in and around the pelvis
🌊 Brings mobility and space into the pelvis

Below are a few ideas you can try on hands and knees — but honestly, even just having a little wriggle, sway, or stretch and tuning into what feels good is perfect.
