Meet Aneira – Our Passionate Osteopath

We’re delighted to introduce Aneira, a dedicated Osteopath who graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a First-Class Master’s degree and was awarded Top Performing Student of her year. 🌟

Aneira loves working with patients of all ages — from tiny 3-week-old babies to wonderful patients in their 90s. She has a particular passion for women’s health, pre- and post-natal care, and supporting babies and young children.

Her treatments are always tailored to you, blending a wide range of hands-on techniques including:

After the success of the summer programme we will have a number of mindfulness options available going into the autumn. Our open group meditation sessions will now be a permanent fixture. Say goodbye to manic mondays and start the week with a guided meditation that will set you up for the week ahead. These 30 minute sessions are Ideal for beginners, as an easy introduction or as a top up session for more experienced practitioners. Then in October 2025 we start our next 4 week mindfulness beginners course, Running on Wednesday evenings at 6pm on Zoom for 4 weeks starting on October 8th and continuing weekly. This classic course will introduce you to the basic concepts and techniques that underpin the practice of mindfulness and will help you get started with your own regular practice.
