Really beautiful way to spend an anniversary .
An amazing sauna and meeting Bailey .sauna at one of my favourite spots in the uk . The beautiful Lepe country park.
Followed by dinner . Highly recommend the solace sauna if you can make it down there. Beautiful spot, lovely sauna

Beautiful day of sauna at the lake . The next session is already fully booked but we are working on ways to increase access to sauna .
Keep your eyes peeled for sites we could leave the tent up or put a trailer for a community sauna

It’s time to dust off the cobwebs and enjoy health, healing and fun with others. We will be at Queenford lake for our first sauna of 2025. It’s sure to be a good way to set your intentions for the year ahead

We are putting on a low key, very special charity Solstice sauna in Iffley in Oxford (no lake). You pay £5 to reserve your place and commit to make a charity donation of your choice (this way they get gift aid) and then we spend the morning enjoying the joys of sauna with some singing, fire pit teas and special solstice treats. Bucket Showers and hoses provide the cooling and we hope the location (Iffley Village) will allow greater access for those who struggle to get to the lake.

Due to family circumstances, I need to take a bit of a break and ensure I make more time for loved ones who will need some treatment. So I currently can’t over commit to new dates.
Sauna will continue but we won’t be around for a bit so make sure you don’t miss out. It might be the last public session for a while so grab your seat and come home with a smile
