Today marks the end of April, and with that my most successful month in business so far. I am so very happy and grateful with the progress my little business has made in its first 7 months ✨

So much of it is down to my amazing patients, and for that I am thankful 🫶🏽

The sky is the limit 🤩

Most people were never actually taught how to breathe in a way that supports their body.
This kind of breathing isn’t just for rehab — it can help take pressure off your lower back, support your core, and calm your nervous system at the same time.
If you spend a lot of time sitting, feel tension in your back, or just find it hard to switch off… this is a simple place to start.
No forcing, no “perfect technique” - just letting your body move the way it’s designed to.
Save this to come back to when you need a reset 🤍

Closing shift in 10 simple steps 🤩 don’t forget to BOOGIE because it’s the weekend! I’ve had a fab week in clinic and looking forward to some rest in the sun before we go again on Monday☀️

What’s everyone up to this weekend?

You don’t have to live with that pain.

Whether it’s tension, stiffness, or something that just “isn’t quite right” — your body is trying to tell you something. Osteopathy works *with* your body to restore balance, improve movement, and get you feeling like yourself again.

✨ Real treatment. Real results.
✨ Tailored to *you* - not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach

If you’ve been putting it off… this is your sign.

You’re going to want to read this…

👀 Your core doesn’t just “bounce back” like an elastic band:
Pregnancy stretches your abdominal wall and can lead to separation (diastasis). Without proper rehab, this can affect posture, strength, and even back pain.

👀 Your pelvic floor is under more stress than you think:
It’s not just about “weakness” - it can be weak, tight, or uncoordinated after birth, which can impact bladder control, healing, and return to exercise. Reconnecting with it is so so important

👀 Your body has been compensating for months:
Posture changes during pregnancy (hello rib flare + anterior tilt) don’t just disappear after birth—your body often needs help rebalancing and moving well again.

This is exactly why a Mummy MOT matters - so you don’t just “get by,” you actually recover properly with minimal lasting symptoms🤍

If you’re seeing this… fix your posture. 👀

Right now:
• Lean back so hips are greater than 90 degrees
• Tuck your chin slightly
• Roll your shoulders back

Most people are walking around / sitting at desks with phone / laptop posture all day and don’t even realise it. Your neck, shoulders and back will thank you.

Comment “DONE” once you’ve fixed it ✅

You can thank me later 🙌🏼

Plantar fasciitis isn’t just “tightness” you can roll away!

It’s an overload issue, where the plantar fascia (a thick band of tissue supporting your arch) becomes irritated from too much stress, too soon, without enough recovery.

Constantly rolling it might feel relieving in the moment, but it doesn’t address the root cause, and can sometimes aggravate it more.

Long-term fix?
✅Gradual loading
✅Strengthening your foot & calf
✅Managing activity levels
Treat the cause, not just the symptoms, oh and book in to see me to speed up your recovery!
