A definite smile put on my face after I received the above from a new client on their 2nd ever Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu private lesson with me and Future Yourself.

Both of these can masterfully reveal pain through effort and determination. Both WILL reveal what you are capable of as a human being, physiologically and psychologically. All at some point with a smile on your face. Trust me... ;)

For me Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is not simply about causing hurt to others and exercise about abs and TikTok. What they offer eclipses that by far and shows what you can do using mind and body to live your best lives ever.

No B.S or Instagram/Tik-Tok influencer hocus-pocus but rather nature, science, determination and enjoyment.

Wellness solutions available include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, expedition preparedness, strength and conditioning, human movement and mobility, breathwork, mindfulness practice, prehab and rehabilitation. Additional guidance and support includes specific athletic event training, as well as young athlete and youth development.
