Emotions and trauma don’t always come out in words — especially for children, but also for many adults. That’s why I offer creative therapy approaches that support emotional expression in a safe, gentle, and accessible way for all ages from 3 years old through to adulthood.
🖍️🗣️ Drawing & Talking Therapy
A supportive therapy that combines drawing and conversation to help explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Drawing allows emotions to be expressed in a non-verbal way, while the talking element helps process, understand, and release what may feel overwhelming.
No artistic ability is needed — it’s about expression, not perfection.
🧱 LEGO® Think Bricks Therapy
A hands-on, creative approach using LEGO® to build and explore emotions, experiences, and inner thoughts through visual storytelling. Particularly effective for children, teens, and adults who find it easier to express themselves through doing rather than just talking.
These therapies can support with:

• Anxiety and overwhelm
• Behavioural and emotional difficulties
• Building confidence and self-awareness
