This week we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming to the clinic for a specialised running assessment and gait analysis

Dan is a GB competitor at the World Half Marathon Championships and aspiring marathon runner for GB and so looking for any ways to optimise his running and biomechanics
👟
As well as advice on strength and conditioning and some running cues to practice during his training, Dan will be receiving our bespoke Phits insoles to support his foot and ankle posture and optimise his lower limb biomechanics.

Running assessments being completed today in Summertown. A highly specialised and thorough assessment including:
☑️detailed history of any injuries or niggles, your training regime and medical history
☑️strength and length testing
☑️lower limb joint range of motion testing
☑️Footscan assessment including static, balance, walking and running gait analysis
☑️video analysis of your running
The assessment is followed up with a detailed report of the findings and recommendations for strength and conditioning and other management. For further information please visit our website
