Grateful to have attended a powerful Deep Tissue Thai Fusion Massage masterclass with — not just a technique, but a journey into presence, healing, and connection.

I explored how to:
🌿 Release deep-held tension in the body and fascia
🌿 Support the spine and upper body with focused decompression
🌿 Use movement and breath to restore natural flow and flexibility
🌿 Honour self-care — because to hold space for others, we must first hold it for ourselves
