5 YEARS ON - SAME CAUSE AND SAME MISSION - DIFFERENT BRANDING AND DIFFERENT SERVICE DELIVERY

Over 5 years ago I was strongly concerned by MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH being overlooked.

Today, the same problem remains, it affects all WOMEN, but this time I’m more equipped to fulfill my mission.

This account will soon change to HypnoSound®️

HypnoSound®️ are Group Classes offering a unique blend of mindfulness, relaxation, neuroscience, and hypnosis to help women achieve deep mental and physical well-being.

I am using evidence-based techniques to guide users into a state of calm and focus, reducing stress, enhancing self-awareness, and rewiring the brain for greater resilience.

Currently these sessions are available in Oxfordshire, but will soon spread to other counties. And, already in June you will be able to gain access to some „on demand” recordings that you can listen to from the comfort of your home.

Hypnotherapy is a type of psychological therapy that uses hypnosis to help treat certain mental and physical health conditions. It can also be used to change habits.

Some therapists also use hypnosis to increase the effectiveness of other psychological treatments, or pain management.

When the therapist decides you are in a deep enough hypnotic state, they will begin to make suggestions. These suggestions will be things that help to change your outlook in ways that are helpful to you. Or they might help you to understand the best way forward for yourself.

These suggestions might also involve creating images of desirable possibilities. For example, picturing yourself in a public situation where you are not experiencing anxiety. When you are in a hypnotic state your mind can accept these images without excessive criticism.

It is important to remember that you are in control when under hypnosis and do not have to follow the therapist’s suggestions if you don’t want to.

It helps with stress, anxiety, low mood, but also sleep deficit and pain management. It is something what every mum could benefit from.
