Dave’s transformation is truly incredible, and stories like his remind me exactly why I love what I do. 💙

With so many delicious treats around in December, it’s easy to pick at things without even realising. One little tip that really helps?

👉 Create a “mindful moment” before you eat anything.

Simply pause for a few seconds and ask yourself:
“Do I really want this, or is it just because it’s there?”

That tiny pause gives you the space to choose rather than react — and it can make all the difference when you’re surrounded by festive nibbles.

You can still enjoy your favourites… just mindfully, with intention, and in a way that supports your goals. 💙

If you’re craving something rich, chocolatey and totally indulgent this season without going off Plan, you’re going to love this little hack. It’s quick, easy and hits the spot every single time. 😍

👇 How to make it:
1️⃣ Chop half a Chocolate Chewy Bar into tiny pieces and press it into the bottom of a glass
2️⃣ Mix half a Chocolate Shake with water and Mix-a-Mousse (a hand blender works beautifully)
3️⃣ Pour your chocolate mousse mix over the bar base
4️⃣ Pop in the fridge for 10 minutes
5️⃣ Enjoy your guilt-free choccy delight! 🍰✨

With all the festive food appearing everywhere, it’s so easy for portions to creep up without us even noticing. One little trick that really helps?

👉 Use a smaller plate.

It sounds almost too simple, but it genuinely works. A smaller plate naturally helps you serve a little less while still feeling perfectly satisfied — no sense of missing out, just a gentle way to stay in control.

Small changes add up to big results, especially during December. And I’m here to help you with every one of them. 💙

If you love a traditional Eton Mess but don’t fancy the calories, fat and sugar that usually come with it, this is a lovely little alternative. My Plan-friendly Christmas Mess is creamy, light and has just the right amount of festive crunch — all for just 100 calories.

✔️ Only 100 kcal per serving
✔️ Perfect for a sweet treat on Step 5+
✔️ Jewel-like pomegranate seeds for a festive sparkle
✔️ A little gingernut crunch to finish it beautifully

💡 Jacqui’s Top Tip:
Instead of stirring everything together, layer it. Add half your yoghurt, sprinkle in pomegranate seeds and gingernut crumbs, then top with the rest of the yoghurt. You’ll get a gorgeous “surprise crunch” in every spoonful. ✨

It’s the perfect dessert if you want something sweet on Christmas Day while still staying in control of your goals.
