We're looking for folk to join our Pig Programme - our pigs are a certified rare breed, Oxford Sandy and Black, developed right here in our region over centuries. They grow more slowly than commercial breeds — but the flavour and quality of the meat is exceptional. Without small farms like ours, this heritage breed risks disappearing.

You don’t need experience.

You just need to commit to one shift per week.

- Free to join (or £45 credit toward meat with 20% discount)
- Free training provided
- Morning or evening shifts
- Be part of protecting agricultural heritage

We’re looking for at least 30 households to join the 2026 programme.

Our next FREE Pig Programme training is on Monday 11th May 5-6pm, so if you're ready to take your first step to joining our Pig Programme please sign up here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/pig-programme-induction-tickets-1988471965176?aff=oddtdtcreator

A huge THANK YOU to everyone that donated to us during Earth Raise week!

The farm does not receive regular funding and relies entirely on donations and fundraising efforts so your donations mean so much to us both here at the farm, and to us as a wider community - thank you 🙏

28/04/2026

We have less than 24 hours left to hit our £5k funding target with ‘s Earth Raise campaign and we’re almost there…

If you donate before midday tomorrow (Wednesday 29th April) your donation will be doubled!

For every £1 you donate we receive £2 for the farm ~ your donations mean we can keep the farm open, free to the public, our animal programmes running, and that we can continue with offerings such as our goat wellbeing programme.

If you've been thinking about donating, now is the perfect time: https://donate.biggive.org/campaign/a05WS00000C4vIhYAJ
