Should I wait till after Xmas now ?

No, no, no!

Depending on many factors such as age, gender and BMI you could be one to two stone lighter before Christmas. Wouldn’t it be great to be ahead of the game in January?

Do the work now so that you’re not uncomfortable over Christmas.

Shrink your stomach now so you don’t overeat over the festive season.

No one needs to be buying new jeans in Jan!

Write down your reason - why do you want to lose weight?

When you put pen to paper it's much more powerful than just thinking about it! ⁣ ⁣

Plan your products, plan for food and recipes and keep track of your water intake (2.25 litres of water a day is a must!).

Build in some gentle exercise, set yourself a day/time/route and enjoy getting outside for a walk. Small achievable goals to start with, get moving you'll feel great! 🚶‍♀️⁣ ⁣

1. Be mentally prepared for change - stay positive and use small goals to keep you on track!
2. Set a goal that motivates you
3. Limit resolutions to a manageable amount
4. Be specific - SMART goals - specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-specific
5. Break up big goals into smaller goals
6. Write down your goals
7. Share your resolutions with others
8. Automate where possible - set weekly calendar till next small goal etc
9. Review your resolution regularly
10. If you fall off track, get back on quickly
