Rest is an underrated and impossible to overvalue practice. It can also be really hard to prioritise. To stop, to lean into stillness, and to take some space and time to breathe.
Rest is important no matter the time of year. However, as we head into GMT, the call to roll out a mat, grab a bolster, and wrap up in a blanket (or three) feels particularly welcome.โจ
