At the start of each week, we open the doors to the studio to welcome you to explore your own practice. Whatever form of movement or breathwork that might be, you are welcome to use our wonderful home, mats and props to practice.
Hosted by Katie Mc and James (when he's not making tea at Tiny Tea House), the session is not guided โ instead there for you to find stillness, shapes or mindfulness in a way that suits you. Towards the end of practice, the offer of savasana and a short seated meditation is offered.
So if you are an early riser, come along at 7am on a Monday soon.
