One of my biggest achievements of 2025 was starting events in this incredible historical venue. Each time I visit, I find new inspiration in the art and decor. It truly is a sanctuary of calm, a space for encounter, and a haven for reflection.

Next event is in just 2 weeks time, on March 10th. Tickets are available to suit all circumstances, and I still have some ‘family and friends’ tickets that admit 2 over on my ticket tailor page.

I provide a bolster and blanket for each participant, but really encourage bringing as many supports to comfort as you can - whether that’s a scented eye pillow, a cushion, extra blankets or cosy socks.

There is also space on the set-up team, for anyone who would like to lend a hand behind the scenes in exchange for a free ticket. Just get in touch if you’re interested!

Whether you want to spend an afternoon diving into seasonally inspired gentle movement, yoga nidra (guided meditation), and soundbaths, or you fancy an evening out with a difference where all you need to do is sit/lie down, there’s something on offer to suit your requirements!

No prior experience is necessary for any of my workshops, and a lot of the equipment is provided for you (you just need to bring an exercise mat of some variety to certain venues).

It always feels magical when we have rain falling on the skylights as a backdrop to the soundbath.

I feel incredibly lucky to be able to use this space for the monthly cacao & soundbath events, and can highly recommend checking out Naomi’s massages if you want to target all tension (I walk away feeling like a different person!)

In spite of all sorts of extra little obstacles today, I felt calm and centred and even had time to fill a little clip before opening the doors.

Only one more event at .wellspace left for 2025, on 9 December, then I’ll be holding the next few cacao and soundbath events at a larger venue before returning to this beautiful studio.

Maxja is my favourite way to end the summer and the festival season ~ a beautiful, intimate gathering in the woods, right beside the beach.

This year’s theme is the element of air, and I’ll be sharing a yoga flow into nidra, and a clay workshop exploring the unseen parts of ourselves.

Finally posting about and the Red Tend project I ran there this year. I am so grateful to the Wood team for trusting me to bring something new, and to for supporting me to create a tender and nourishing space.

We filled the womb-like bell tent with cushions, blankets and bolsters from .wellspace as this really was a community effort…some delicious teas from vegan chocolate from my mum, dates from my cacao cupboard and sanitary supplies from supporters in the community.

I’d been thinking about seva and acts of service to the community, and my passionate conviction that we desperately need communities of care rather than asking individuals to ‘heal themselves’ in a broken society. Now that I finally have my own car, it was time for the Sound Sanctuary tent to make a return!

We had guests of all ages, and it was amazing to see children immediately connecting with and valuing the importance of a space to pause and rejuvenate during a busy festival (and enjoying the snacks and decorating the guest book).

We spent a lot of time dreaming about how we can improve the project for next year…so watch this space!

Upcoming events for June! I’m running quite a range of events next month, from the family retreat day at , a Summer Seasonal Yoga workshop at and a special event Cacao and Sound Journey in a magnificent venue, to trialling a new Saturday morning monthly session in Marston.

I’ve also run my first festival workshops of the season at - movement and meditation for families, and clay meditation for teens (which ends up being all ages!) I’m brewing up some more exciting offerings for and .sardegna …and this post comes to you from Pilton, where I’m working on the Permaculture garden for

It feels so good to be back in the fields, to be cooking on camp fires and shifting to a different pace to city life.
