Happy Frog Yoga

Happy Frog Yoga Happy Frog: Regular yoga classes with the option of one to one instruction. I offer regular hatha yoga classes and 1-to-1 sessions.

After a number of years working as a physiotherapist in the NHS, I started practising yoga. I quickly came to enjoy the benefits of this ancient practice and found myself calmer, stronger and more focussed. I found yoga nidra practice in particular gave me some much needed mind space in a fast paced society. After a few years practice under my fantastic teacher James Reeves, I decided to travel to India in 2014 to study my 200 hours TTC with Himalaya Valley. I love working as a physiotherapist and I feel yoga and physiotherapy complement each other beautifully. Please contact me if you would like to book one-to-one yoga teaching in the comfort of your own home or to discuss the option of setting up a new class. I also offer private physiotherapy home visit services. My specialist areas are neurological rehabilitation (following events such as a stroke), elderly rehabilitation and oncology support. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss your specific therapy needs.

Hi all. Sorry for the radio silence but decided my life is much more enjoyable without social media!
However, it rather useful for some things..... I'll be teaching yoga via zoom Mondays 10am-11.15am. £5 per class
Drop me a line if you'd like to attend happyfrogayoga@hotmail.com
It's a gentle flow with time for breath work and meditation, suitable for beginners. Sorry, I won't be recording and posting online so only suitable for those who can attend live.
Much love and happy 2021.
