Welcome to yoga day
Sunday 14th April 10am-4pm at Somerton Village Hall OX25 6LN
Naomi is a physiotherapist with five years of experience in teaching yoga. The day will consist of postures, meditation and breath work, with discussion about the roots and modern applications of yoga.
Learn postures and breathing practices that will help support your bodies’ natural health and vitality.
A vegetarian lunch will be prepared by Alisa, a trained chef with passion for using nutrition to build health and well-being.
You can expect a colourful and lovingly prepared meal and snacks to support your practice throughout the day.

Further information
• The day will be suitable for complete beginners to yoga as long as you can comfortably get on/off the floor. Please get in touch if you have any specific health concerns prior to attending
• All mats, props and equipment will be provided but feel free to bring your own along if you prefer
• Wear loose comfortable clothing with warmer layers for the meditation parts of the class
• Cost £45. To confirm your place on the day, please email happyfrogyoga@hotmail.com for payment details
• Refunds will be offered on cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Cancellations after this point will only be refunded if a student can be found to take your place
• There will be a maximum of 15 students on the day
• Modern technology offers amazing communication opportunities but can also be very distracting when trying to find peaceful space. Students will be encouraged to have a break from their phones for the 6 hours duration of the retreat day. All students will be required to have their phones on silent throughout the day. If you wish to use your phone during the course of the day, you are politely requested to leave the hall for any communications.
