I will not tell you what to do, but I will listen to your story carefully and with empathy. I will not try to ‘fix’ you, but I will give you some ideas and tools so that you can make positive changes and decisions for yourself.

First primroses of the year yesterday in Marley. The bluebells are coming along too, and there were loads of hazel catkins glowing in the late afternoon sunlight. This year more than ever it's heartwarming to see so many signs of new life.
