Even those of us who had 'good births' have experienced some shockers with NOT the worst thing a Midwife has ever said to me including....
"What are you? BUILT LIKE A BUCKET?" 😮
(last bits in caps because it was spat at me 🤦♀️....

Make Birth Better recently reported inappropriate use of WORDS being the one thing that consistently runs through almost all birth traumas.
And in addition, those that don't use words properly are not only causing harm, but doing a grave disservice to all the midwives who are doing so well. 💛💚💙❤️
