Make Birth Better recently reported inappropriate use of WORDS being the one thing that consistently runs through almost all birth traumas.
And in addition, those that don't use words properly are not only causing harm, but doing a grave disservice to all the midwives who are doing so well. 💛💚💙❤️

What a lovely story! A planned homebirth in a pub, birth pool being filled in the bar area during opening hours then everyone shooed out for the birth!

Customers were still being served pints while the pub manager filled the birthing pool next to the pool table.

This is great timing, because just as I'm moving back to IN PERSON Hypnobirthing classes in Oxford (which are filling up F.A.S.T), the rest of the world seems to be digging down deep into staying online.

And I don’t blame them 🥳

The last thing I heard was "I don't want this to end!!" And I agree!

Why would you want a class like this to end?...Non-stop giggles with endless one liners and EVERYONE bringing sweet treats, not just the trainers?!?. A combo of fresh faced new parents and seasoned Hypnobirthing parents who are more than happy to share how it WORKS.
