About Us - Natalie & Andy

We met whilst studying at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic and after graduation opened our first practice together on Milton Park in Oxfordshire. As we settled into clinic life we quickly discovered we have a strong interest in pain management, and this has become one of our primary services. JustGet Chiropractic offers a safe and gentle form of whole-body correction, alongside soft tissue therapy, which enables us to tackle your issue with a multi-level approach.

We see patients with a wide range of pain or functional issues and our particular area of interest is helping you to get out of pain, whether that be a new, sudden onset pain or a longstanding chronic issue. We take the time to listen to you, ensure we have a clear understanding of what the problem is and how it’s affecting you, and then explain clearly how we might be able to help you and what that entails.

We’re not just about backs either! Many of our patients have approached us about musculoskeletal problems with posture, neck pain, feet or ankles, elbows or hands and even jaw pain and discomfort. And their health goals range from being able to reach into a particular cupboard without pain to returning to full fitness after injury. Full function is so important to health and much of what we do aims to restore functionality, mobility and thus contribute to improved health.

We know how much uncertainty there is around pain, which creates worry about what you should or shouldn’t do and can lead to a cycle of fear around any kind of exercise or activity. Part of our job is to identify the cause of the problem and then provide education on self-management that can help your symptoms settle, whilst addressing the underlying cause that has led to the pain. Our methods are gentle to receive (good news when you're struggling with discomfort) yet highly effective in reducing pain and increasing mobility.
