What cosiness lies at the very end of November. Join me for a twilight treat of candles, blankets and slow going.

On the weekend that tips us into the month of the winter solstice, enjoy an afternoon where dialling down, turning in and finding a hint of hibernation are welcomed – and encouraged – and all by candlelight.

Sink into a stiller extended practice of two halves with space to explore space, breath and mindfulness aplenty – with the first part focussing on Yin and the second stiller again with restorative and Nidra.

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵

✨Arrival with welcome and guided reflection practice.
✨One-hour breath work and Yin, connected to winter’s element of water with shapes that tap into energetic lines and qualities inspired by its properties of depth, coolness and introspection.
✨Break, where homemade Chai or hot chocolate, alongside nourishing treats.
✨One-hour restorative practice and yoga Nidra, a guided meditation to encourage deep relaxation.

It’s going to be non-stop cosy. 🌟
