On Monday at 10:15am in Loughborough Jo Helcke of Zest4lifeuk is hosting a post-natal event for new Mums. The event will include:

Jo Helcke doing postnatal abdominal checks and discussing fitness goals
Maternity bra fitting
Breastfeeding advisor
Baby wearing advisor/sling library
Me as a manual therapist and doula

If you would like to attend then just get in touch with either Jo or myself.

Successful post-natal doula day 🙂 if you know any ladies or families that would benefit from having a doula then please put us in touch with each other. I am looking for pre and post natal visits. Reduced or no charge as I am doing my mentoring and will require some feedback.

Lovely morning meeting with a potential post-natal client. The meet and greet went really well, she even loved the macaroons I arrived with (doulas love cake and 🍪) Hoping for some Christmas baby cuddles 😊

Thank you to SupaDoula for this share of her placenta, wait for white indeed - how incredible is it? 👍

Looks like waiting 40minutes for my placenta was worth it.....I don’t know how many times I asked ‘how white is it?!’ This proves it!!!!! What an amazing thing my body is to grow this and keep baby Addison alive 🌲💙
