Today is World Mental Health Day. It’s a reminder of the importance of good mental health and the need to prioritise and invest in good mental health.

This year’s theme is ‘access to services - mental health in catastrophes and emergencies’. The theme highlights the importance of people being able to protect their mental health in times of global instability.

A lovely trip out with one of our residents to the shops to purchase some Halloween items and a stop for a coffee and Greggs sausage roll.

Having a pamper morning. Lots of the residents enjoyed joining in with hand and nail treatments and face masks ... very relaxing.

We held a very successful Macmillan Coffee Morning recently, it was great to see so much support for this vital cause and everyone enjoyed sampling the delicious cakes and freshly brewed tea too.
