relaxation, meditation, yin yoga (stretch and relax), restorative yoga (sleepy), breath work and some dance vibes (great sound system). We have an incredible Punjabi vegan chef cooking unreal food.
The Amazing Dirish Shaktidance leading workshops with me.
Healing Salts Hot Tubs, Wim Hof breath and cold water therapy (we built cold water showers outside for after the river swimming), fires, woodlands and loads of space to chill.
