Make the Negative Picture Smaller: Close your eyes and focus on the negative picture. Imagine making it smaller and smaller, like you’re zooming out on a photo.

Make the Positive Picture Bigger: Now, think about the positive picture. Imagine making it bigger until it fills your whole mind. Add as many happy details as you can.

Switch Your Focus: Do this a few times until the negative picture is tiny or disappears, and the positive picture is the only thing you see.
