⭕️ Upper back segmentation focus

⭕️ The spine is a collection of interconnected vertebrae which move as one unit. However, we can still focus in on one section by manipulating our position. By sitting on our heels we limit the action of the low back, which allows us to focus on the upper back.

⭕️ The spine is a collection of interconnected vertebrae which move as one unit. However, we can still focus in on one section by manipulating our position. By placing our upper back and neck in a rounded position, we can focus on the lower back.

⭕️ Knee capsular CARs - collapsed seated

⭕️ With the knee bent, put your arm under your leg at the back of the knee, hold it up and use your leg muscles to squeeze your arm. While maintaining your foot in a fixed position, rotate the shin bone thereby rotating the knee joint.

⭕️ Frog stand

⭕️ Now that we have worked on our wrists, let’s start playing with the frog stand. Admittedly, the frog stand is a whole body movement, so it’s not just strong wrists that are needed. All the other joint mobility training we have been doing thus far will enable us to do this movement.
