Fraser Battye from The Strategy Unit shares why is “really needed to bring people together and equip them with practical examples.”
We know the challenges facing health and social care systems — but how do we address them? How do we move from talking about integration to making it happen?
Fraser highlights an inspiring innovation from the West Midlands: analytical modelling by The Strategy Unit that explores what it truly means to move care from hospitals into community settings. By scaling this work and grounding it in data, the team is uncovering what shifting care to the community really looks like in practice — and Fraser is eager to share these insights with others at ICIC26.
Taking place in Birmingham, 13–15 April 2026, ICIC26 brings together 1,500 international leaders, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, patients, and caregivers. It’s the ideal platform to showcase your own integrated care innovations, exchange ideas, and learn from global examples.
🗓️ Abstract submissions close Friday, 17 October 2025.
