Poppy, my cat, is hilarious. Every single time I make a deep rest yoga nidra recording, she joins me & absolutely loves it. Sits on my knee purring away. A cats purr supposedly resonates at the same rhythm as the brain in a deep rest yoga nidra state and though I haven’t been able to verify this science, Poppy says it’s true 🐈‍⬛❤️
