Let's Talk Menopause.........
Going through this myself, it is mind-blowing what we as women go through.
Joint pain, hot flushes, anxiety, weight gain and the list goes on.
The worst one for me was the brain fog... thinking I was losing the plot and during this time I was my dad's full-time carer who had dementia. So I was in a very low place and not knowing what was going on with me! But over the past few years I have read and listened to a few books but the best was Davina Mccall's - Menopausing. For me this had the science and understanding I needed to hear.
So if you are going through Menopause, I am sending loads of love xx
