This page is a place where people can come for support on their journey. A page of positive quotes, interesting articles, healthy recipes and a place to come when you need reminding how amazing you really are. We all have the ability to heal our selves and I'm just here to help remind you. I am a Gong / sound practitioner and Meditation teacher who works intuitively and practises in Sound healing, Reiki, Crystal healing, energy healing, spiritual healing, shamanic healing. My main practise is sound healing which I combine Reiki with Sound. This is a powerful technique designed to help support, release and let go of old habits which creates balance within ourselves. I host fortnightly meditation and sound bath, monthly Gong baths and work on regular retreats in England as well as a rehabilitation centres. I am very passionate about what I do, everything I teach is from my own experience. Its not easy finding ways to relax or working through our problems and nothing else gives me as much pleasure as helping others on or through their journey.
