I hope you all had a lovely Easter for those of us that celebrated it over the weekend.

For those that stayed on track, YAY! For those that didn’t stay 100% but still tried their best, very well done to you too 💕

For those that maybe over indulged, or have lost their way, lost their map, and all sense of direction this is the week to regain your focus and detox yourselves, and you can do this!

Think of going fully back on plan like a lovely cleanse and treat to your body.

In 3-4 days you will start to feel better and back in control. Remember to drink your minimum water of 2.25 up-to to 4 litres a day. Following any of the Steps properly and we’ll have you back on track, detoxed from sugar and feeling good again in no time.

Intentions: What you think you become...keep positive, and focused on your goals.

You are entirely up to you, prioritise you. You’re worth the effort.

Your nutrition is what will ultimately get you to lose the weight.
The exercise will help you maintain the results.

Let's talk Pancake Day ~ which is tomorrow 🥞

We have lots of ideas on plan....and using your 1:1 Diet products!

Your 200 calorie Pancake Step 2...

What you’ll need -

🥚 1 large Egg
🧈 87.5g Quark
🥫 Raspberry & Elderflower water flavouring
🌱 Mint leaves (optional)
🍫 Any 1:1 Diet bar for grating the chocolate coating

Directions:

✅ Prepare your quark and mix well. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes.
✅ Beat the egg in a jug and preheat a medium sized frying pan with fry light.
✅ Pour the egg into the frying pan. When the egg is firm, turn to cook the other side.
✅ In a small dish grate away a small amount of the chocolate coating that covers your bar and set to one side.
✅ Once the egg is cooked add the quark and sprinkle raspberry and Elderflower flavouring.
✅ Finish by sprinkling your grated chocolate on top.

Here are some top tips for surviving Valentine’s Day when you’re on plan;⁣⁣⁣

💗 Plan ahead — I know, romance is supposed to be all about spontaneity, but unfortunately this is likely to leave you with a lot less options when your choices are already narrowed by dietary requirements! If you are planning a romantic night at home, use your Steps Book as a guide, make sure you know exactly what foods to have for your current Step. Perhaps use an app to calculate calorie amounts beforehand, this will help keep you on track.⁣⁣⁣

💗 Make the effort — attentiveness is romantic. Why not prepare a special meal at home rather than getting sucked into an expensive takeaway? You can make sure that everything is suitable and perfectly prepared, and you might just earn some extra brownie points as well. This way you can make sure that everything is on plan.⁣⁣⁣

💗 Not just for couples - Valentines Day is a good opportunity for you to treat yourself and practice self-care... take a soothing shower or bath with special bath salts or a body scrub. Play music that makes you happy. Plan something that you will enjoy that doesn’t involve food.⁣⁣⁣

💗 Chocolate is not off the menu — there is a varied range of chocolate products to choose from this Valentines.
If you fancy something extra special, why not turn a Chocolate Shake into a yummy Chocolate Mousse (using the Mix-a-Mousse) or tuck into some Salted Caramel Bites 😋⁣⁣⁣

We all have different reasons as to why we wish to lose weight.

On days when you are finding it difficult to stick to plan and feel like quitting, remember WHY you started.

Why not write a list of all the reasons you want to lose weight and how it will make you feel if you don’t achieve those goals?

The more reasons you have and the possible outcomes that may occur if you do quit, the more it will strengthen your ability to stick at it.

So whatever your reasons, your WHY, and whatever your end goal, keep reminding yourself of what you want to achieve.
