Chair yoga is yoga. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes or doing a head stand, yoga is a way to keep your body and mind as strong as flexible as we can. The posture part of yoga is only one part of the practice. Breath work, meditation, concentration and how to live our lives are all equally important and vital.
So if you can no longer get up and down to your mat, or even if you’ve never tried yoga before, then chair yoga could be perfect for you.
