Lipoedema Awareness Month takes place in June 2025. This global awareness month gives us a chance to support those who live with this lifelong condition.. Medical societies, companies, and patient organisations in several countries will be launching campaigns to educate patients, their families and friends and healthcare professionals.

Lipoedema is often mistaken for obesity and proper
diagnosis is the only way to get the right treatment and care.

If you think you might have Lipoedema and you are worried about how to get help, I am offering free consultations during the month of June.
I am registered with MLDUK and a member of the British Lymphology Society.

Therapy hub in Oxted, Surrey

Ingledale is a thriving therapy hub, offering a wide range of complementary and natural therapies in the relaxed setting of a sensitively restored 15th century barn in a rural location just outside of Oxted, Surrey.

The centre is situated just 10 minutes from junction 6 of the M25 or a ten minute walk from Hurst Green train station.

Ingledale is a landmark centre for natural health in the South East, boasting nine treatment rooms, two fitness studios and the only fully equipped Hydrotherapy pool in the area.

All practitioners are highly qualified in their fields and run their practices autonomously within the Ingledale hub.
