Any Oedema is Lymphoedema, no matter if it stems from birth or if you develope the condition later in life.
It can be triggered by hormonal changes, operations, illness and medication
In some cases it is also inherited.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage can reduce the swelling and pain and make you feel better.

Lipoedema Awareness Month takes place in June 2025. This global awareness month gives us a chance to support those who live with this lifelong condition.. Medical societies, companies, and patient organisations in several countries will be launching campaigns to educate patients, their families and friends and healthcare professionals.

Lipoedema is often mistaken for obesity and proper
diagnosis is the only way to get the right treatment and care.

If you think you might have Lipoedema and you are worried about how to get help, I am offering free consultations during the month of June.
