What a fabulous evening last night for their comedy pop up! First time going to a comedy gig sober in a bakery and coming home with a huge sourdough loaf .soul food all round!
Acts were brilliant and I can't wait for the next one.

Picked up these cute dinky dunkers for the big one's birthday Friday 🎂🎈...they are delicious (only been allowed1!!). Even he has been good with them so they last! 🤣

Even though it seems like we are nearing the light at the end of the tunnel, there are still lots of people struggling. Looking after our physical & emotional well-being is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves. I am hopeful that from April 12th I will be able to continue to help support my clients on this journey. 🙏🏻💕
