Hi everyone, sorry its been so long since I've posted, but im now up and fully running again.
With the better weather outside, I've been seeing people with more lower body problems recently, as people get out and about cycling, running or walking. Remember to take it easy at first and slowly build up your stamina.
But if your in pain with a problem I'm here to help.
Remember that you don't have to be in pain.
