Hello, I’m Rosie, founder of Lime Yoga. With over a decade of experience in yoga and a background as a counselor, I’ve devoted my career to helping people find peace, strength, and balance. I’m honored to have received a Yoga Award for my work and have developed my own wellness approach called Swan Therapy, a mind-body practice that supports the nervous system and helps ease stress, tension, and fatigue.
I truly believe that the nervous system plays a huge role in our overall wellness, and through yoga, we can gently bring it back into balance. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’d love to welcome you to Lime Yoga. Each class is crafted to be a safe, healing space where you can reconnect with yourself and leave feeling renewed.

**🌄 Ground & Flow Yoga**
*Tuesdays at 9:20 AM - Wickham Stores, Limpsfield High Street*
This gentle yet energizing class combines grounding movements with my gentle teaching approach, making it accessible to all fitness levels. We’ll work on building strength and confidence in a way that feels restorative and nourishing, with a focus on breathwork and mindfulness. Expect to leave feeling centered, balanced, and ready for your day.
**🧘 Mindful Yoga**
*Fridays at 9:30 AM - Ingledale Therapy Centre, Old Oxted*
In this 70-minute session, we embrace a slower pace ideal for presence and awareness. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and move into mindful movements, closing with a deeply relaxing meditation. It’s a great way to reset and find calm, no matter what your experience level.
**🌿 Gentle Yoga**
*Fridays at 11 AM - Ingledale Therapy Centre, Old Oxted*
Perfect for anyone needing a more nurturing, slower practice. This gentle class is ideal if you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or just seeking relaxation. We’ll ease into gentle stretches and strengthening movements, with plenty of time for relaxation and connection.
**🌺 Mixed Ability Yoga**
*Saturdays at 9:15 AM - St. Andrew's Hall, Limpsfield Chart*
Designed to be inclusive, this class welcomes everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis. You’ll have the opportunity to explore postures at your own pace, with options to either deepen or simplify each movement. For those new to yoga, a one-on-one session or gentle class might be a helpful starting point.
