Aside from our recent flood. We do have some good news. We are finally launching our grief support group. Starting on last Tues of February. 6pm till 8pm. A peer support group with regular themed educational skills to help people living with grief and loss.

Don't panic, Mindfulness isn't ending. We're simply moving this to every Wednesday. Same time, same service.

Hi guys,

Unfortunately we have had a flood in our storage.

Luckily Padiham fire brigade are pumping it out for us and the pipe is fixed but we need your help.

If anyone has any dehumidifiers we could borrow to help dry out and then we can assess the damage.

We are hoping we can salvage quit a bit.

If anyone know of anyone that can help please tag them.
