I used to have sleepless nights due to being too nervous ahead of my feature presentation…. Nowadays I get so excited and try to bring in a little humour when relevant. I picked a select few client logos so demonstrate the cross section of industries and trades and strangely enough 25 of the 27 businesses on there have been introductions through BNI.

I often look back and wonder what would have happened with me business had I not been invited or not engaged with Infinity BNI.

Look after your eyes, there are no more in stock!

Get them tested (your employers must pay for an eye test if you are classed as a Display Screen Equipment user at work)….

Your eyes hold the secret to your bodies overall health too….. so from something which is straight forward to do and isn’t intrusive in any way there are no reasons for anyone not to go and get them tested more regularly.

So as we close the door on 2020 trading and look back at what we have done, it gives us an opportunity to plan for 2021. What can you expect from Unicorn Solutions in 2021? well this year I have developed more confidence in video content and I've shared a few short videos....
Most people hate seeing or hearing themselves on video and I was no different (which is why it takes me so long to pluck up the courage to create them) but guess what...... I've really enjoyed doing them. But it wouldnt be Christmas without a blooper reel would it.... :)

Truly one of the best ideas in a long time. Imagine your child’s play house in a town of playhouses. You can now immerse yourself into your child world and parents can get away from the politics and spend time together playing in their children’s own little world!

Our Tiny Town is based inside an old industrial mill in the centre of Burnley and has a variety of shops and job roles to inspire and allow your child to get into character, to engage with other children, learn to socialise and share all whilst acting out real life roles.

Great points raised in this post.... how guilty are companies of either tolerating poor performers for the fear of the backlash and being sued for not doing it right.... this is when you need the professionals to help out!

There is no doubt that it is usually cheaper to retain existing employees than it is to recruit new ones, but there are exceptions to this rule
