The scattered showers this week, didn't prevent our walkers heading once again to Oldway Mansion. Taking shelter when the rain struck, we soldiered on until heading back to Gaia Coffee, where I was surprised with a cake for my birthday!
This is exactly why we do this, a little exercise, and friendship go a long way to making your week better.

This week, our walkers went to Clennon Lakes. This is only the second time our group has done this walk, as it's a bit longer than we usually do. However, the sights and animals made the extra effort worth it, as we saw some very cute baby waterfowl!

This week, our walkers went to Paignton Harbour, and it was a scorcher! We were relieved to get to the sea front, just to get a little breeze off the water. However, it was so lovely to see the good work done in planting flowers around the area, it certainly brightens up our walks.

Torbay Council & Cycle Torbay CIC are running Adult Drop-in sessions at Torbay Velopark on Mondays between 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm. Come and join us each week for a leisurely social ride around the lovely, smooth, traffic-free track. If you can’t ride a bike, there will be two qualified instructors to lend a hand on the Training Apron. Entry £1 (card payment only). Bike and helmet hire available at an extra cost.
