We are inviting you to join one of Active Lives’ FREE courses. They are fun and inspiring courses where you explore themes that will help you to stay active, maintain your fitness, relax, eat well, sleep well, think well and age well - in a way that fits with your lifestyle.

There are currently in-person local group sessions available over an 8-week period starting on 22nd May 2025, in Paignton.
