Today's busy lifestyle is leading all of us to significant tension in the upper body parts. 😓Conditions that were once visible in older age are now spreading. 📈
~Long-term stressors like repetitive work using the neck and head in a lowered position while typing on computers, using smartphones📲, using the wrong pillows, watching television, or hours driving on bad roads and in heavy traffic, etc., have made us all prone to chronic pain in our cervical spine and upper back. 😫🚗
⚠️In many people, there is a link that this kind of upper back and neck pain may also be the first or the only sign of depression in their bodies. 😥💔 If you are experiencing emotional pain, with your heart and lungs constricted, and you feel low, you start slouching, and this posture will also impact your cervical spine.

15 degrees down - about 12 kg pressure 🏋️
