3 years today since I reopened my holistic business after "the plague" ! Thank you so much to all of you wonderful clients, lots of which have become good friends, you know who you beauties are! Thank you for the experience and learnings you've given me, thank you for trusting me with your "stuff", confiding in me, being raw and honest with me and for healing with me!

Thank you for every heart, comment, share, recommendation, post share, taking leaflets to work/ church/ wherever you leave them. Thank you for the reviews, the gratitude you've shown me (a fair few of you have brought me to tears of joy and pride), thank you to everyone whose ever had to reschedule a session for being so understanding (thankfully not many of those). Thank you to all of my students for learning my techniques for yourself and then sharing that with the world! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

And if you only say one prayer a day, let it be "thank you"! I am so grateful and blessed to be Bee and to Bee Healing, for the 1.150k+ followers who help my algorithms reach even more and for the honour of living the unorthodox yet magical life that I do!

Here's to the next 3 years! What can we collectively achieve in that time? All that is, has been and ever will be, please show us what miracles are in store for us! Let's heal the world!

Who were the last 10 people you touched? What mood were they in? How is their life going? Are they on a path of self improvement? What frequency are they on? No matter what you do from a hug to simply letting someone cross/ someone put at a junction, there is always an exchange of energy! This can be positive or negative. Are people filling your cup so you can give from your overflow? Or are they sipping from your cup and leaving you with no drink and having to put the effort in to make another. Practice self care by prioritising yourself so you can give from your saucer, not your cup!

Unfortunately I've had to cut some people out of my life because you can't give them enough, they will just take and then get angry when you say, I need to keep this drink for myself. This then made space for better, more aligned, conscious people to magically turn up in my life and touch my heart in one meeting more than those cut did in 7 years of "friendship". Doing "the work" can be hard at times but it's so worth it, but don't just take my word for it, read the 5* reviews from a plethora of clients whose lives have been changed by exchanging energy with me on my courses, workshops and sessions. The gratitude I have for this is overflowing from my heart! Have a blessed day everyone!

How are you feeling today? I aim to help people to better identify and understand their feelings and emotions. From this comes enhanced self awareness, sometimes we need a tool or two to give us the right words. Children often get upset and frustrated because they don't yet have the words to convey their emotions and this causes further distress. Our inner child also needs to be understood, heard and healed. I can give you the tools and guidance but I cannot do the work for you. You reap what you sow in this life!
Today I am excited! I am running a Reiki course today and I am so grateful for that honour! Have a blessed day all!
