I find grounding really effective 💚

I imagine tendrils of white energy coming out of my feet, even through socks and shoes. They go deep into the earth, grounding me. Each time I take a step, they reattach.

A bit like in the movie Avatar, the energy connects us ✨️✨️✨️

Interesting card today with the Full Moon energies. Every full moon is a good time to release what no longer serves you.

I will release fear.

Then I can give myself the freedom to just be me, without worrying what others think of me. Without fearing ridicule or negative comments.
