You might of guessed that I’m totally rubbish at this Facebook thingy. Not going to lie about it. So I’ll try when I can to come in
As of today I have replied to every email (please check your junk/spam), FB message and texts.
I have a lot of interest and have replied to all those that wanted spaces. If you did not reply or reply to go on my waiting list I’m afraid you are not on it.
So as of this second I have the following limited availability with a very brief description:
Monday 9.15am - 10.15am.

Gentle class focusing on small controlled movements to improve your core, posture and back, neck and hip health.
Wednesday 5pm - 6pm
1 PLACE AVAILABLE.
Intermediate class moving through the exercises in a controlled way to build core and back strength.
Thursday 9.30am - 10.30am
1 PLACE AVAILABLE.
Advanced class focusing on core, back & legs also incorporating upper body strength with weights.
*Please note: only available to those that have been to my classes previously.
Thursday 6.15pm - 7.30pm

Advanced class focusing on core, back & legs using weights.

Friday 5.30pm - 6.30pm

We might use the large balls in this class.
All my classes can change regarding who’s in them, what we need to do and if we need to use small or big stability balls, weights, bands etc.
