I have 3 places available on my ladies only Thursday 7.30pm - 8.30pm mat based class.
This is suitable for beginners and really good for anyone suffering with back pain/discomfort.

I will be taking this Thursdays class (12th Feb) right back to basics so I’m hoping to fill these places for Thursday.
My classes are £9 per hour and I provide all the equipment you need!

Happy Friday Eve!
It’s hard not to wish for the weekend to come but you could be missing out on all the little happy things during the week.
Take me for example - I get to teach Pilates now that makes me happy! 😊

I’m sure all my gang get excited as me (even if there’s a lot of noise- you know who you are!) 🤣

Pilates is not just for your body it’s good for your soul…

Listed below are the available places that I have for my mat based Pilates classes.
I have 11 places per class at £9 per hour.
I run a system that once you have a place it’s yours until you leave. These are weekly not block bookings as I prefer to teach this way.
Only stopping if I’m off!

So if you are interested then please message, email of phone me. Once you have your place I’ll send you all my info.

Tuesday 6.15pm - 7.15pm. - 1 place.
Advanced class using the large stability balls & weights. All over hard workout.
Not for beginners.

Wednesday 5pm - 6pm - 1 place
Intermediate class using bands, small balls.

Thursday 9.30am - 10.30am - 2 places.
Advanced class. Upper body weight work and slow hard routines!

Thursday 6.15pm - 7.15pm. - 2 places.
Advanced class. More of a weights class with Pilates principles. Incorporating squats/ reverse lunges.

Thursday 7.30pm - 8.30pm - 2 places.
Ladies only class. Slow and controlled movements. Ideal for posture, core strength, back & hip strength/mobility.

Friday 5.30pm - 6.30pm - 1 place.
Mixed class. A bit of an all over body workout. End of the week finisher! Could be hard - could be gentle who knows!

Happy January (I hope!). The weather is awful ☔️ but the sun always shines in my studio! ☀️

You know I’m not that good on here.
But just to let you know that I have had a lot of enquiries about classes via FB messenger, emails, calls & texts.
I have replied and will be listing all the places that will be available on here at the weekend.

So if you’ve never been to my classes before, you used to come or want to add another class!

Hi everyone hope you’re having a fantastic weekend. A few showers but no horrendous downpours luckily.

So I’m filling up the spare places and as of now here are the current permanent places I have available:

Just to give you my availability update.
I have replied to everyone that has enquired about my classes. I run a system that once you get a place on one of my classes - it’s yours until you leave!

Anyone that has emailed me please check your spam/junk boxes. (I go there a lot)!
I’m going to give it until Tuesday morning and if I do not hear from those I’ve messaged, I’ll assume you are no longer interested.
